What is the “Yes Ladder” anyway?
No, wait, not Yes – The Ladder. I’m talking about the “yes ladder technique” where you ask small questions that are likely to recieve “yes” for an answer as a way to get people to agree to a bigger commitment. I’d link you to an article about it, but they’d probably try to sell you something. I think you get the jist anyway.
